Sealcoating takes 24-48 hours to dry depending on weather and sun exposure. In cooler months, it is closer to 48 hours.

Yes, we fill larger isolated cracks between 1/8" and 1/2" wide using a rubberized crack filler. As it cures, it may settle or reopen. We do not treat hairline, edge, or spider-web cracks. Crack filling will not eliminate cracks, and they may reopen after the service is completed.

We apply the sealer by hand using brushes.

No, sealcoating is a liquid coating that cures to the existing surface. Any low areas or depressions would require paving work to correct.

Day of Service

No, you do not need to be home as long as the driveway is accessible for the crew.

Our crews operate between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. If a mobile number is on file, you should receive a text by 7:00 am on the day of service with an estimated 3-hour arrival window.

We closely monitor the weather prior to your scheduled service. If rain is expected that could impact the service, you will be notified by text by 7:00 am the morning of your appointment with a rescheduled date.
